It has a large living area, decent sized terrace with view overlooking the garden, and a lift is in the building. Fully equipped kitchen, own bathroom sink, and 2 toilets. Stable hi-speed wifi internet. A modern complex built in 2006 and situated close to the city center, two tram stops from Andel (B Yellow Line). Tram stop U Zvonu is a 3-minute walk with many day & night trams constantly running. Airport Bus 191 is less than 5 minutes on foot. Several grocery shops and restaurants nearby, and the popular Geekarna Bar is around the corner.
One available parking space in the building's secured underground parking for an additional, but reasonable cost.
